Hi! I'm Tonya and I'm here to tell you a little about myself and about Designer Cloth Diapers. I have 4 children that range in age from 18 months to 8 years and I have two girls and two boys. I am also married to an awesome guy who has been super supportive from the very beginning. All my children have been cloth diapered and I am cloth diapering two right now.
Designer Cloth diapers is branch of Komfy Kidz, LLC. Komfy Kidz first started in 2007 as a custom cloth diaper sewing website. I started using cloth diapers on my daughters in 2005 and decided to sew some for them. I came up with a pattern that would work on my own kids and began product testing and selling through Diaper Swappers. Diaper Swappers, Hyena Cart and Ebay gave me great start and then I added my website. After sewing a ton of diapers and realizing that I was never going to be able to keep up with all the sewing and everything else that is involved with running a business, I decided to switch gears.
That is when Designer Cloth Diapers came to be. In September 2009 Designer Cloth Diapers opened its "doors" and began selling great cloth diapers from many companies big and small.
As I saw the interest in cloth diapers grow in my local area and wanting to have a place for people to come and learn about cloth diapers (besides my own home!) I made the decision to open a small store now located at 128 N State in Rigby Idaho behind the Rigby Barber Shop and next to Broulim's.
